TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
PERFORMANCE:
DURATION IS THE EQUIVALENT OF APPROXIMATELY 4 X 40 MINUTE SETS (OR 3 LONGER SETS) OVER A PERIOD OF FOUR TO FIVE HOURS
(ALLOWING FOR FORMAILITIES SUCH AS SPEECHES ETC.)
MEALS:
We ask that you please ensure that each band member is served at least a main meal and soft drinks at the function.
The band is usually there for over one hour before guests arrive and one hour after they leave, sometimes over eight hours in total,
so entrees or desserts would be a bonus, and a glass of wine would certainly be appreciated! Please advise the venue in advance.

DEPOSIT:
We ask for a deposit of $200 to secure the date of the function. Should the client cancel a booking, Pizazz Entertainment reserves the
right to withhold the deposit
BALANCE:
Balance is due in full at the Wedding/Function. We will accept payment via Direct Debit one week before the function,
or a Cheque one week before the function made out to “Pizazz Entertainment”.
*Pizazz Entertainment have never cancelled a performance, but should this happen due to unforseen circumstances, we will refund the entire deposit and do our best to find alternative entertainment for the client.
